Measuring For Your New Bike
To ride your bike comfortably ,
you should be able to keep your foot flat on the pedal throughout its
rotation. Most saddles and handlebars can be adjusted, but it is still important
to pick the right frame size. To determine your frame size you will need to
measure your inside leg (measured from the crotch to the floor). Check your inside leg measurement against the chart below.

available in one size only which are unisize.
If choosing a hybrid/sports bike please see notes below.
If choosing a bike with seat post
suspension then deduct 2" from your frame size. For example: an
inside leg measurement of 30" would equal a 20" frame size,
you will need to deduct 2" which equals a 18" frame bicycle
with seatpost suspension.
